Programs

Instructional

• We offer a wide variety of instructional programs during the school year, some of these programs include: Gymnastics, Pottery, Water Aerobics, Rock Climbing, & Dance.

Zing!

• This summer program provides diverse program offerings including football, technology, rock climbing, arts & crafts/pottery, cheerleading, and basketball, among many others. The program areas are taught by qualified instructors who teach 1st - 8th grade youth the fundamentals of each activity area.

Youth Development Programming

• Counselors will be at the club to provide a kaleidoscope of recreation and youth development opportunities which provide healthy activity and build leadership & character skills. This program is offered during the afternoon hours and is free with membership.

Outreach

• The Outreach program caters to youth who need us most, especially those living in the following housing communities: Grandview, Washington Plaza, Morgan Manor, Willow Heights, Jennings Hill, & Garland Square.

Sustainable Kids Sustainable Future

• The program provides youth the opportunity to learn and experience the latest in sustainability efforts being accomplished at the Boys & Girls Club, within their local community and throughout the world.

School Kids Connection

• SKC provides licensed after-school care for students enrolled in Asbell, Butterfield, Happy Hollow, Holcomb, Leverett, Owl Creek, Root, Vandergriff, and Washington Elementary schools.

Big Brothers Big Sisters

• We are proud to have a Big Brothers Big Sisters satellite office located at our Boys & Girls Club. Big Brothers Big Sisters matches our Club members with dedicated mentors who make a lasting impact on their lives.
