SilverSneakers by Tivity Health

SilverSneakers® by Tivity Health®, the nation's leading fitness program for older adults, will offer members more opportunities than ever in 2024 to improve their health and well-being through physical activity, social engagement and mental enrichment. The program was founded in 1992 and is available to more than 18 million Americans through select Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement carriers, and group retiree plans at no additional cost.

 

Through this collaboration, Donald W. Reynolds Boys and Girls Club will now offer older adults more opportunities to increase their levels of physical activity while motivating them to remain active.

 

Eligibility

There's a Good Chance you’re Eligible! Did you know 1 out of 5 people aged 65 and older are eligible for this fitness benefit? If you're a group retiree or part of a Medicare health plan, you may already have a SilverSneakers membership.

To find out if you qualify, visit the SilverSneakers website. Once you are enrolled, present your 16-digit code to the Wellness Center staff and complete your membership packet at the Front Desk. We’ll handle everything else!

As a member of a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plan, you may be eligible for a no-cost or low-cost membership to the Boys & Girls Club through the Silver&Fit program! The Silver&Fit program is available to people who are Medicare-eligible and have purchased Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement coverage that includes the Silver&Fit Exercise and Healthy Aging program as an added benefit.

The Silver&Fit Exercise and Healthy Aging program provide members with a no-cost or low-cost membership to Donald W. Reynolds Boys & Girls Club.
